dpHUE ACV Hair Rinse- I Really Like You!

Apple Cider Vinegar, dpHue

I remember reading about this amazing apple cider rinse named dpHUE in a famous beauty and fashion magazine which raved about the product. I tore the page out of the magazine so I wouldn’t forget to research more about it but to my surprise, it came inside my FabFitFun Fall box.  http://www.innerbombshell.com/2017/09/27/unveiliing-fall-2017-fabfitfun-box/    I was really excited when I saw this product in the box and was eager to use it especially because it helps protect your color from fading. And for those of us blondes out there…this is a big plus in any hair care product.

This particular product is supposed to be used as a substitute for your shampoo and conditioner as it will cleanse the scalp without stripping it of the necessary natural oils. So, I quickly stepped into the shower and parted my hair into several areas and began to massage the rinse into my scalp. I have to say that the scent is definitely not what I am used to in a hair care product as it smelled just like my regular ACV bottle just not as strong (we all know that vinegar is not the kind of smell you want to have while tousing your hair in the wind). Nonetheless, I continued massaging my scalp and I now began to worry because the bottle stated “Do not expect lather” but yet there was a little lather when I continued to massage it into my scalp. I started to wonder if that was indeed the rinse or if it was buildup from the previous shampoo and conditioner but unfortunately I still don’t have an answer to that question :(.

So here I was in the bathroom questioning the scent and lather and then I began to feel a slight tingle on my scalp. Now I’m envisioning this amazing product regenerating my hair cells and helping it regrow soft, luscious, thick and longer looking hair. But then reality set in when I washed the rinse off and felt my dry, brittle and short hair feeling worse than before. I am used to those conditioners that leave your hair soft and manageable because they are filled with fillers that fake the real conditions of your hair and I guess that is also what I was expecting in this miracle product. Now, I am not bad-mouthing the product because it is great but it does take a little getting used to especially for those of us that buy the generic shampoos and conditioners out there.

I have been using the product now for about one week and I am really impressed with the condition of my hair. I am not saying that I now have fuller and longer strands but my hair looks better than it did before. I even had a few moms ask me what I use to make my hair so soft and that really took me by surprise. All I can tell you is to give this product a try and let me know if your experiences are as positive as mine has been.  It’s natural beauty, so what can possibly go wrong 😉
