The current makeup scene is saturated with beauty subscription boxes offering up your monthly dose of eyeshadow, primers, skincare and specialty products etc. But what if you’re not in to gilded sparkles and violet mascara? What if you knew exactly what area you want to experiment with and want a box dedicated solely to…say…your luscious lips? Well, now you’ve got it; Lipstick Junkie focuses only on lip products catering to the lip obsessed and delivering on their promise of bringing you the best of the best. You start by choosing your subscription plan- a traditional month-to-month or you can space it out further so you decide how often to get your fix.
Inside you’ll find 4-5 full sized lip products; anything from glosses to lip stains, balms, and of course traditional lipsticks- stain, frost, matte…you name it; it’s all featured at some point in their well thought out, ever revolving picks. My personal fav- a pinky coral gloss that delivers mega-watt shine and great staying power. Makes we want to put on a white, high-cut swimsuit and bask in the Miami heat.
- IBY Beauty High Intensity Lipstick in “Pout”- Vivid, vivid, vivid and did I mention vivid? When you think of a professional formulation that produces the richest, brightest color imaginable this is it! This magenta hue is not for the coy and demure but for the serious beauty maven who knows how to make an entrance.
- Sorme Cosmetics Hydra Moist Lipstick in “Chemistry”- Marula oil quenches and smooths dry lips for luscious color payoff with a rich, creamy sheen. This new take on dusty rose looks great on every skin tone and is perfect for everyday wear.
