I recently attended an amazing weekend retreat hosted by the one and only Sophie Uliano where all attendees got an opportunity to learn about amazing brands setting high standards in the plant-based world. I had never heard of Moducare before and I was intrigued to test out this product because I am always getting whatever my little girls pick up from school (colds/flu) and I wanted something to protect my immune system. During my two week trial, I didn’t have a sniffle, cough or ailment. Two of my daughters got a cold and I never even felt remotely tired or weak. Gotta say that this actually worked pretty fast. I was highly impressed with this product and I will definitely continue its use long after the summer is over and school is back in session.

I love adding some greens to my diet and this blend was easy to digest and didn’t cause any bloating or discomfort. I loved the convenience of taking the little single packets on the go and just mixing it with my water whenever I needed a “pick-me-up”. This one I had my husband test out just in case I wasn’t able to digest the garlic (its happened in the past). He was at first a little hesitant to take them because he didn’t want to be burping garlic during a meeting but luckily that was not the case. He took the recommended dosage (2 capsules) daily and did not experience any negative side effects or malodor. He claimed not to experience any difference in his energy levels or overall mood. Can’t really answer to what the pills were doing internally but overall he didn’t have any negative/positive comments to share.
